会上，公司书记、监事会主席、工会主席欧阳良梅对石岗市长一行的到来表示欢迎和感谢。市场总监李锋就公司基本情况、上半年生产经营状况及存在问题、工作建议等进行了汇报。随后，与会人员重点围绕公司生产经营工作遇到的问题和困难进行了交流讨论。
石岗市长对公司成立以来取得的成绩给予了充分肯定。针对公司目前存在的问题和困难，他指出，一是政府各部门要高度重视，贯彻落实习近平总书记在疆考察重要讲话精神，全面了解油田技术服务企业生产经营现状以及存在问题，促进我市地方油田技术服务企业健康有序发展，为党的二十大胜利召开营造良好的政治社会经济环境；二是要重点关心关爱重点骨干民营企业，扶优扶强，政策要相应倾斜；三是企业要集中精力搞好自身生产经营工作，强身健体；四是企业在市场决策要果断坚决，下定决心。
最后，欧阳良梅代表公司感谢石岗市长一行对正通公司的关心和指导，并表示正通公司将继续团结带领全体干部员工克服困难、降本增效、积极开拓、砥砺前行，为推进克拉玛依市经济高质量发展做出更大的贡献。
