      正通油气是集油气田勘探开发及工程技术综合研究为一体，涵盖地球物理勘探、钻井、测井、录井、压裂、试油、井下作业、油建等石油工程技术服务的大型股份制企业，具备油气田区块整体开发总承包的能力。
      正通油气是国家高新技术企业，国际钻井承包商协会（IADC）会员，自治区企业技术中心，中国石油技术服务联盟（CPTSA）副会长，新疆石油工程技术服务企业联合会（XECP）副会长，克拉玛依市残疾助残爱心企业，克拉玛依职业技术学院产教融合实训基地。拥有商务部颁发的中华人民共和国对外承包工程资格证书，获得各项专利35项，拥有工程技术研究开发中心、试验中心及压裂工艺研究所。

      正通油气拥有35支井队和4支压裂队，所有施工队伍均具备中石油发放的相应资质，年产值近10亿元。钻井队能够独立完成各油区7000米以内浅井、中深井和探井的施工任务，具有水平井、定向井、复杂井以及欠平衡井的施工能力和经验，年钻井进尺近30万米。压裂队拥有各类压裂及配套设备100余台套，具备水平井压裂、页岩气压裂、煤层气压裂及各类超深井压裂等复杂井压裂酸化工程总承包的服务能力，年施工能力500口井/2000层以上。
      新疆正通路桥工程有限公司是新疆正通石油天然气股份有限公司的全资子公司，具有国家公路工程施工总承包二级资质和油田建设相应的资质，年产值保持在1亿元的水平。
