近日，公司积极开展各种活动，庆祝“五一”劳动节，纪念“五四”青年节。
4月27日，公司工会组织节日慰问品，分送到正在疆内施工的每支队伍。向疆外施工的压裂1队、2队，海外施工的尼日尔项目部发放了节日慰问费用。
4月28日，公司机关、车队、压裂队35岁以下青年齐聚大农业基地，开展了以“弘扬五四精神，奉献火热青春，争当时代青年先锋”为主题的户外活动，通过参观苗圃、徒步、劳动、游戏互动等环节，加强了沟通交流，增进了员工友谊。
公司董事长李熙参加活动并做了重要讲话。首先，代表公司董事会、工会、共青团组织向工作在各个岗位的全体员工和青年朋友们表示诚挚的慰问和节目的祝贺。
李熙指出，青年人像早晨八九点钟的太阳，要朝气蓬勃，敢于担当，勇挑重担；同时，要努力学习，谦虚谨慎，向老员工、老专家多请教，多学习，快速成长，以劳动之我和青春之我创造美好的正通。
4月30日，公司财务总监李梅生、总经理助理包明魁、副总地质师董明一行赴夏27区块慰问了钻井16队。
5月1日，公司总经理李刚、副总地质师董明、综合办公室主任罗明一行赴艾湖12区块慰问了钻井4队，
李刚详细询问了队上各项工作情况并强调指出，要关心员工的工作和生活。同时，借此和准钻合作的机会，要努力学习对方先进的技术、基础管理、生产组织及安全管理经验，提升队伍管理水平。
