新疆正通石油天然气股份有限公司是集油气田勘探开发及工程技术服务与综合研究为一体的大型股份制企业,具备油气田区块整体开发总承包的能力。自2011年改制以来,经过十年的发展,它始终秉承着“矢志发展,追求卓越;厚德载物,正通人和”的企业使命;以“国家利益至上,他人利益优先,员工利益至上,股东利益优先”的发展理念为本,以“艰苦奋斗,奋斗不止”为风,不断提高油田技术服务水平,立志于做非常规能源的开拓者,并逐年扩大企业规模和增加盈利能力,抗风险实力和核心竞争力稳步提升。十年间历程,是无数人的呕心沥血让正通在风云变幻的时代中依旧屹立不倒,无数难忘的经历和困难打造了正通不断发展的强大基石。
(一)改制不忘挖井人  疫情期间勇担责
过去有着“苟利国家生死以,岂因祸福避趋之”的民族气节,今有“改制不忘挖井人,疫情面前勇担责”的企业担当。
2011年8月22日,与时代同频共振的新疆正通,随着时代的发展,根据中国石油集团的有关文件精神,对原国有正通原公司中石油身份员工就地安置西部钻探一重新上岗就业。公司先后经历了改制转型、艰辛创业、断臂求生、坚持上市、面对疫情全面恢复生产等五个阶段。在初期阶段,面对着公司老员工工龄普遍偏大,学历低等问题,公司没有放弃他们,而是通过相关技能培训,根据员工意愿和本身能力等因素进行调岗,不放弃我们老一辈的有功之人。同时,也不断吸收新鲜的血液,招收新的人才,不断壮大公司。
在正通这个和谐的大家庭里,要说给人影响最深刻的,莫过于它应对新冠疫情的做法。众所周知,新冠疫情给企业带来了巨大经济损失的同时,也给企业的职工带来了极大的影响。在自己遭受巨大经济损失的时候,没有选择独善其身,而是在疫情之前做到了民营企业的担当。为配合克拉玛依市政府在疫情防控期间对隔离房间及环境的需求,正通主动腾出办公及生活基地,全部机关人员搬至临时地点办公两个月。员工更是冒着风险积极主动做志愿者,为隔离的群众做自己力所能及的事情,为国家贡献自己的一份力量,提现了民营企业应有的担当和作为。
(二)团结一致共发展 千人一家谋幸福
员工与企业的关系就像水和舟的关系,企业是舟,企业拥有更多的资源和机会,给员工提供了一个展现自我和不断进步的平台。员工是水,是企业存在、发展的动力和支撑。十年发展,正通不但提高了员工的收益,还提升了员工的归属感和幸福感。目前公司在册员工人数1300人,其中博士学历7人,研究生学历25人,本科学历348人,大专学历310人。在这个千人的大家庭中,发生了许多值得铭记的事情,如果你让正通的员工评价自己的公司,那么你收到的答案一定会是一个大写的好。 

跨越3000多公里,从祖国东北吉林来到克拉玛依的薛志龙在正通的市场经营部已经10年了,他说:“虽然我远离家乡,但是公司给予我的关怀让我感受到了家的温暖。在这里,我们有着完备的薪酬体系和分工制度,福利待遇也非常好,公司不但包吃包住,还时不时的给我们发放酸奶和牛奶。不时的组织一些类似于烧烤,唱歌,旅游等类型的团建,拉近我们员工间的关系,促进了彼此的了解。大家相处起来就像家人一样”。在谈及自己在公司期间最暖心的事时他说:“我在公司10年间,公司每个月给所有员工的薪资都是按时发放,从来没有一次拖欠。即使在公司因为疫情被迫停止营业的困难时期里,公司也没有降薪和拖欠,最大程度地保障了我们公司员工的利益,真的很了不起”。
人力资源部的魏柠柠谈及公司时,眼中流露的也是满满的感动。
她说:“我是2019年经朋友介绍来到的正通,当时我才23岁,没有太多的经验,去单位报道时也很忐忑,是随和的人力资源部冶霆汉主任给予了我很多的帮助,他带着我熟悉各项业务,一点架子都没有。”

Xinjiang Zhengtong Oil and Gas Co., Ltd. is a large-scale joint-stock enterprise integrating oil and gas field exploration and development, engineering technical services and comprehensive research, capable of overall contracting for oil and gas field block development. Since its restructuring in 2011, after ten years of development, it has always adhered to the corporate mission of "being dedicated to development, being excellent, being virtuous and upright ", and the development philosophy of "National interests foremost, others' interests prioritized, employees' interests paramount, shareholders' interests prioritized." (1) Restructuring without forgetting the Drillers, Shouldering Responsibilities during the Pandemic
In the past, there was a national spirit of "For the nation's life and death, disregarding personal gains and losses." Today, there is the corporate responsibility of "Restructuring without forgetting the drillers, shouldering responsibilities during the pandemic."
On August 22, 2011, Xinjiang Zhengtong, which resonates with the times, in accordance with the spirit of relevant documents of China National Petroleum Corporation, resettled the former state-owned Zhengtong employees in the Western drilling team who were re-employed locally. The company has successively gone through five stages: restructuring and transformation, arduous entrepreneurship, survival amidst challenges, persistence towards listing, and full resumption of production amidst the pandemic. In the early stages, faced with the problem that the company's older employees generally have older working experience and lower education levels, the company did not give up on them. Instead, it used relevant skills training and transferred employees based on their wishes and abilities, cherishing the contributions of our older generation. At the same time, we continue to absorb fresh blood, recruit new talents to continuously strengthen the company.
In the harmonious family of Zhengtong, the most profound impact is its response to the COVID-19 epidemic. As we all know, the COVID-19 epidemic has brought huge economic losses to companies, but also had a great impact on their employees. During the period of significant economic losses, instead of acting in self-interest, Zhengtong took on the responsibility of a private enterprise even before the pandemic struck. In order to meet the Karamay Municipal Government's demand for isolation rooms and environment during the epidemic prevention and control period, Zhengtong took the initiative to vacate the office and living base, and all personnel moved to temporary locations for two months. Employees also volunteered at great risk, doing what they could for the quarantined people, contributing their own strength to the country, and demonstrating the responsibilities and actions that private enterprises should have.

Spanning more than 3,000 kilometers, Xue Zhilong came to Karamay from Jilin in the northeast of his motherland and has been working in the marketing department of Zhengtong for 10 years. He said: "Although I am far away from home, the care given to me by the company makes me feel the warmth of home. Here, we have a complete salary system andlabor division system, and the benefits are also very good. The company not only provides food and accommodation, but also distributes yogurt and milk to us from time to time. From time to time, we organize some team building activities such as barbecues, singing, and travel to bring our employees closer to each other and promote mutual understanding. Everyone gets along like a family.” When talking about the most heart-warming thing in the company, he said: “During the 10 years I have been in the company, the company has paid all employees’ salaries on time every month, and there has never been a delay in payment. Even during the difficult period when the company was forced to suspend operations due to the epidemic, the company did not cut wages or delay payment, and protected the interests of our employees to the greatest extent, which is really remarkable.
Wei Ningning from the Human Resources Department also expressed deep emotion when talking about the company.
She said: "I came to Zhengtong in 2019 introduced by a friend. I was only 23 years old at the time and didn't have much experience. I was also very nervous when I reported to the unit. It was the easy-going Director of the Human Resources Department Ye Tinghan who gave me a lot. He guided me through familiarizing myself with various business operations without any airs..”
