会上，董明介绍了公司近况和发展方面所做的努力及取得的成绩。同时感谢学院长期以来在优秀技术人才输送所做的各项工作。双方自2009年首次合作以来，在企业人才培训，毕业生就业等方面开展了多方位的合作。希望今后能够加快推进校企合作，达到互利共赢，培养出适应公司需求的技能型专业人才。
双方就石油工程相关专业进一步校企合作产教融合事宜进行了深入洽谈，并签订产教融合校企合作协议书，为后续合作奠定坚实的基础。根据协议内容，双方将在社会需求调研和设置专业、培养方案设计与实施、校企共享基地建设、实习教学和顶岗实习、就业服务与指导、毕业生跟踪调查、科技开发与成果推广、在职职工继续教育与培训、职业资格鉴定和“双师素质”教师培养等领域进行合作。通过合作，形成以社会人才需求和学生就业为导向，以行业、企业为依托的校企合作产学研结合的联合办学体制和机制，努力成为本地区本行业高级技能人才培养、学术研究、项目开发、信息服务与技术援助的。
