2017年6月17-19日，新疆石油工程技术服务企业资质认定管理中心委托新疆油联组织专家评审组，对公司的企业资质及新组建13队、16队、19队的钻井资质进行了现场检查、考核打分，最终，公司申请的企业甲级资质和3支钻井队伍乙级资质全部通过评审。
新疆油联为新疆石油工程技术服务企业联合会的简称，是经新疆自治区民政厅批准的社团法人组织，目前拥有会员70家，新疆正通公司为会长单位。
石油工程技术服务企业资质认证管理中心为新疆自治区经信委挂牌认定，克拉玛依经信委管理的政府机构。
评审专家组分别就注册资金、人员素质、体系运行情况、管理工作、市场业绩等方面对企业进行了评审，就人员、设备、管理制度、安全环保、井控管理等方面对钻井队进行了评审。
下一步，新疆石油工程技术服务企业资质认定管理中心将组织专家对评审结果进行复审，符合要求后，将颁发石油工程技术服务企业甲级资质证书和钻井队伍乙级资质证书。
