公司董事长李熙对调研组一行的到来表示欢迎和感谢。并就公司基本情况，2022年及2023年科研项目开展情况做了详细汇报。
陈科萍认真听取了公司在生产中遇到的困难和问题，并就市级、自治区级科研项目申报、科技政策、科研创新平台等工作中存在的问题进行了现场指导。
陈科萍表示，政府将帮助公司解决实际困难，鼓励企业走创新发展之路。同时表示，正通公司作为新疆油联的龙头企业，要发挥自己的优势，与各大高校联合创办实验室。
