2024年3月,正通油气又迎来了复工的激情时刻。人力资源肩负着保障员工权益、优化人力资源配置的重任。我作为其中一员深感责任重大,在拥有压力的同时也赋予了我工作的动力,对此我充满信心。
复工之际,我摒弃了长假带给我的“懒散”,以最快的速度调整工作状态,以饱满的热情投入到工作中。我深知生产施工是一个需要团队协作、精益求精的行业,每一个岗位都至关重要。因此,我和我的团队立足本岗位,加强与各个部门的沟通与协作,确保各项工作能够顺利进行。
在复工的过程中,我们注重提升员工的专业技能和素质,组织了一系列的培训活动,涵盖了钻井技术、安全操作等多个方面。通过培训,不仅增强了员工们自身的技能水平,还提高了对工作的认识和理解,为公司的发展注入了新的活力。

人力培训工作我们始终遵循“走出去、请进来”的模式。为了让培训更有影响力,我们邀请政府有关部门来公司对员工进行辅导和培训,使员工的综合素质进一步得到提高,让其在工作中更能发挥“学以致用”的作用。

In March 2024, Zhengtong Oil & Gas ushered in the exciting moment of resumption of work. Human resources shoulder the important task of protecting employees' rights and interests and optimizing human resources allocation. As one of them, I deeply understand the heavy duty. While experiencing pressure, it also gives me the motivation to work, in which I am full of confidence.
When I returned to work, I abandoned the slacking off that I formed during the long vacation, adjusted my work status as quickly as possible, and devoted myself to work with full enthusiasm. I know that production and construction is an industry that requires teamwork and excellence, and every position is crucial. Therefore, my team and I rely on our responsibilities to strengthen communication and collaboration with various departments to ensure smooth operation of all work.
During the resumption of work, we have focused on improving the professional skills and quality of our employees and organized a series of training activities covering drilling technology, safe operations and other aspects. The training not only enhances employees' skill levels, but also improves their knowledge and understanding of work, infusing new vitality into the company's development.
