公司举办外语培训班
The company holds foreign language training courses
（通讯员赵莉）2024年09月14日上午，在公司基地一楼会议室，公司外语培训班正式开课。公司机关及施工队伍骨干人员共59人参加。培训班分英语和俄语两个班，培训班为期5个月。此次培训聘请了专业的英语及俄语老师。
随着公司海外业务的不断发展，对外语人才的需求也越来越大。同时，具备良好的外语能力也是对外沟通交流合作的基础。公司举办这次培训班，旨在通过集中专门强化学习，掌握、提高员工外语能力，为公司储备人才及海外战略提供保障和打下坚实的基础。
开课前，举行了隆重的开班仪式。公司高级顾问李月廷出席开班仪式并做了重要讲话。
李月廷指出，此次培训是公司实施“走出去”战略的重要举措之一。在当今全球化的经济形势下，石油行业竞争激烈，拓展海外市场成为公司发展的重要战略方向。我们必须要不断提升自身实力，积极拓展海外市场。此次外语技能提升培训旨在为员工提供专业的语言学习平台，帮助他们掌握钻井领域的专业英语知识，提高与国际同行的沟通交流水平。

中秋节领导慰问一线员工

（通讯员罗明）金秋送爽，丹桂飘香。在中秋节即将来临之际，9月14日，受公司董事长委托，副总机械师何军旗、泥浆总监谢军，财务总监李梅生、副总工程师李靖分别前往正在施工的钻井30002队、40019队开展慰问活动。
公司领导为钻井队送去了羊、月饼，以及专门从大农业基地采摘的绿色无公害苹果。向全体一线员工送上节日的祝福，向他们节日期间坚守岗位、辛勤工作表示感谢。
慰问期间，公司领导询问了生产及员工生活情况，要求钻井队伍加强安全管理工作，确保节日期间生产平稳运行。

公司完成煤层气钻压一体化项目
The company completes the coalbed methane drilling pressure integration project
（通讯员：罗明）近日，煤层气项目部传来喜讯，公司承担的亚新煤层气集团FK7井钻压一体化项目顺利完工。
FK7井位于煤层气阜康1区，设计井深3097m，实际完钻井深2860m。2023年12月1日开钻，2024年3月9日，共计115天。
FK7井为典型山前构造井，地质条件复杂，地层压力高、温度高，施工风险高、难度大。为确保钻井按期完成，公司钻井队伍冒着零下30度严寒天气，放弃春节团聚，坚守岗位。技术专家全力把控井下异常，确保了钻井进度平稳推进。
公司高度重视FK7井钻压一体化项目。抽调钻井、压裂各路专家组建煤层气项目部，统一协调指挥。项目由钻井50001队、压裂1队、压裂2队共同承担。装备、物资保障靠前服务，精细化控制，确保了项目的安全优质高效。项目期间，公司董事长多次到现场鼓舞士气。要求铆足干劲、确保安全、全力钻进。
FK7 井压裂自6月4日开始准备，组织搬迁设备、技术人员现场布局、连接车组，提前联机调试混砂仪表等。6月12日开始施工，7月4日完成全部压裂任务。
FK7 J2x 煤层施工难度大，存在地层低渗透、岩性致密、非均质性强等诸多复杂。压裂过程中，在亚新煤层气集团开发管理部、一五六勘查公司、技术研究院等众多专家的悉心指导下，压裂队通过变更施工液体体系、更换105井口四通及双平板阀控制井口等措施，4天完成3级施工，最高施工压力83MPa，打破了煤层气井施工的最高压力。
FK7钻压一体化项目的顺利完工，用实力证明了公司钻井压裂队伍是一支勇于攻坚、敢打硬仗、能打胜仗的队伍。公司将围绕新疆亚新煤层气集团的需求，勇于挑战，不断提升煤层气钻压一体化服务水平，积累经验，助力新疆不断将煤层气资源优势转化为经济优势，做强做优煤层气开发主业，为自治区煤层气的综合开发利用做出新的贡献。

近日，正值第134个五一劳动节到来之际，正通公司由副总经理兼安全总监包明魁等相关领导成立慰问小组，前往生产作业现场慰问节日期间坚守在一线的员工，向他们送去节日的温暖，并传达董事长对生产一线员工的关心。
慰问组每到一个生产作业点，详细了解施工作业情况及人员生活问题，对节日期间坚守在一线作业人员给予亲切的问候。
慰问组到达钻井施工现场，看到员工们节日期间精神抖擞、有条不紊工作时，说到：“能看到员工有这样的精气神，对完成全年的工作任务就更有信心了”。同时，在与井队负责人座谈时，副总经理兼安全总监包明魁强调：“今年开工以来，浅层井搬家频繁，各队要切实重视和加强安全管理，把安全生产以人为本的理念要贯穿于整个生产过程，提出“人员安全了才是真正的关心员工，才是给予员工最大的福利”，必须要做好安全管理工作，要求项目部和现场管理人员尽责履职，切实将安全工作作为压倒一切的头等大事来抓。

4月29日下午，新疆正通邀请克拉玛依市卫生监督所到公司开展职业健康宣讲活动，公司相关领导和各部门人员参加。
2024年4月25日至5月1日是第22个全国《职业病防护法》宣传周，为进一步促进职业健康发展，随着自治区卫健委、自治区民政厅、克拉玛依市政府主办的新疆职业健康宣讲活动启动仪式圆满成功，公司积极响应政府职业健康工作，特邀请克拉玛依市卫生监督所到公司开展职业健康宣讲，让员工更进一步了解职业健康的重要性和迫切性。会上，克拉玛依市卫生监督所的工作人员对职业病概念、职业病危害因素、分类、职业病危害申报、建设项目与职业病防治“三同时”以及企业在劳动过程中对职业病的防护和管理等做了深入浅出的讲解。在宣讲过程中员工对心中的疑虑进行了提问，宣讲人员一一进行了解答，现场气氛活跃，使宣讲活动达到了预期效果。
